Yoga With Adriene has been such a huge part of my own, and millions of other's, wellness journey. Years ago, I was introduced to her yoga channel through a close friend and I have never looked back. Adriene's calm, gentle, supportive, and down-to-earth manner provided a way for me to reconnect and care for myself through life's upheavals, two children, single motherhood and the pandemic. She gave me a literal mat of calm through life's storms and I know millions around the world would agree with me.

I drew Benji for Adriene as a thank you for all that she does, and, because she's awesome, she gave her permission for the drawing to be sold as prints for any who would like one.
